Shipping policy

Once payment has been received we will process and send you your order between 1-3 working days. We currently ship worldwide, please email contact@wearefenix.co if shipping to your country is not listed.

We offer options for RegisteredPost and StandardPost.

If you select Standard Post at the checkout, which does not include tracking number or insurance, we do not take responsibility for any loss.

Estimated shipping times (from the dispatch date):

*Ireland 1-2 working days
*UK and Northern Ireland 2-4 working days
*USA 5-7 working days
*Selected European Countries 4-5 working days (France, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands and Belgium)
*Rest of Europe 7-14 working days
*Rest of the World 7-14 working days

*International mail service's delays must be considered.

Let us know if you require faster processing times and we will do our best to meet your needs. Once we ship the items we cannot accept any responsibility for delays may it be due to customs or busy shipping periods.

How shipping cost is calculated
Postage cost + handling fee.

Duty and Customs
For orders outside of the European Union, any import duty or local sales taxes will need to be paid for by yourself on receipt of the shipment.

Friendly Packaging
Staying true to our ethos, we use cardboard boxes and paper tape. Please be sure to re-use or recycle as much of our packaging as possible to further extend its life.

We take utmost care to make sure our products travel safely and arrive as posted.

Collection Service
We also offer the option of Click & Collect at the checkout. A notification will be sent from us once your order is ready for collection. This service is paused at the moment, please contact us at contact@wearefenix.co to arrange collection.
